Soul Purification is designed for periods when life begins to feel internally crowded — when unresolved thoughts, emotions, fears, desires or past experiences continue to occupy attention and inner resources.
Within the BioMetaphysica framework, these unresolved patterns may involve three interconnected aspects: thoughts, emotions and instincts. When too many remain active at the same time, a person may experience heaviness, inner confusion, difficulty moving forward or reduced clarity about what truly matters.
The process works progressively. It begins by identifying the issue consuming the greatest inner attention, followed by greater awareness of what needs to be addressed, accepted, acted upon or released. As one layer becomes less dominant, the process can move towards subsequent layers.
Soul Purification is not intended to be entirely passive. Meaningful progress may also require personal decisions and action.
